Who are we and how can we help?
- Members of this group are Kent parents themselves who have sat on Appeals Panels for many years.
- We are not a firm of lawyers who will charge you a lot of money for handling your case as if it were to be heard in a court of law. The detail of the law is something that we will only refer to if necessary for your case.
- We understand what arguments to use and how to present your case in a way that Panel members will respond to.
- We can offer a very low cost telephone advice service, a report and advice sheet based upon the conversation, or we can visit you at your home to discuss your situation in detail and help you prepare your case. If you wish, we can attend the Hearing with you and speak on your behalf.
Why does this approach work?
Very few cases involve discussions on the law, and as experienced Panel members, we know that Panels respond better when presented with sincere arguments based upon the family need. Panel members are Kent parents too.

We understand family budgets are important. The above are fixed prices – you WILL NOT be charged more.
Who can we help?
We can offer practical help and advice for anybody who is struggling to secure the best school place for their child. Whether you are the parent of a child who is due to attend his or her first school, or transferring to secondary school, we can offer help to prepare your case.
