If you are just after some quick advice on particular aspects of  the appeals process, then this can more often than not be covered by on our twenty minute telephone consultations. This may range from an aspect of the national admissions and appeals procedures to a particular aspect of a school's admission policy. On occasions we may need to check up on some specific information in which case we will carry out the research required and then phone you back as soon as possible. Often parents will wish to contact us just to use us a sounding board to double check they are making the correct decisions and gain re assurrance that they are doing the right thing for their child.

If you wish to have specific support in going through the appeals process for your child, then again this would start with a telephone consultation. As explained in our ethos section, the first priority for us would be to establish whether the school place(s) you wish to appeal for would be, by our professional judgement, in the best interest for your child. Once it has been established that it is appropriate for an appeal process to take place, the majority of families then select from our Platinum, Gold or Silver support packages. Details of these can be viewed under support packages in the menu section.
